近年来,由于世界能源格局波谲云诡、化石能源价格不断飙升,海洋能这一往昔低调的能源概念日渐走进公众视野。如何促进海洋能开发利用,成为众人关注的问题。笔者通过对国际海洋能发展状况调研,结合海洋能示范工程研建经历,对我国海洋能利用思路进行了初步探讨。
Abstract：In recent years,world energy pattern changes constantly,which has led to the increase of fossil energy price.That has brought on great growth of electricity generation by ocean energy.How to promote the development and utilization of ocean energy are extremely concerned.Based on the research of world ocean energy development,and the experience of the demonstration project,this paper gives preliminary suggestions of ocean energy utilization in China.
